Apple lost my iPhone for a month (really) when I attempted a warranty repair. I used a cheap #Android phone as backup, and I didn't realize how bad the iOS keyboard is until I went back to Android. Wrongly replaced words, missed keys. Sure, my brain is mush, but my iPhone wasn't helping.
